Dell 2405 and ATI HDTV tuner

I have the 2405 and thinking about getting the ATI HDTV tuner card. Does anyone have this setup (or anyone else for that matter) that can give their opinion on the setup? Picture quality good?

Just remember that the only HD content you will be able to get will be over-the-air broadcasts. The card actually comes with an antenna you can stick in the attic. All the HD content on the cable systems is encrypted. You might be able to run a line from your cable decoder box to the line-in on the card and get HD through, not sure.
