Dell 2209wa: Best Revision to get?

What is the "best" revision of the Dell 2209WA to get?: A00, A01, or A02? (what is difference between revisions)

And does place of manufacture make a difference?

More interested in picture quality than input lag as a gaming monitor.

And has anything superceded the 2209WA, in terms of picture quality, at a similar price point?

Don't know if this helps much (and don't take this as your final reason for choosing one), but here's my input.

When I bought mine, they were shipping A01's. I remember most people with A00's having good luck, A01 seemed to be hit and miss. Mine has mild color uniformity issues with plain white. Other than that it's hard to notice. It's not incredibly bad, but the top right of the screen is not the same as the bottom left when the screen is all white.

I don't think A02's were out yet when I bought mine.

Overall my A01 has been pretty good for the price. For comparison, I bought a 2001FP when they first came out at around $900. This 2209 is every bit as good as that 2001FP was. Hoping it lasts 8 years just like the 2001FP
