Dell 2007wfp weird dark spots

Hey guys

So i bought a 2007wfp A02 last july and everything has been working fine until recently. I started noticing these really dark spots all along the top of the screen, as if it was bleeding. Can anyone enlighten on what this is, and how I can fix it?

Also, im pretty sure the screens not dirty as I have tried cleaning it with a cloth and it still doesnt come off.

I had the exact same issue with my 2005wfp, except it was bleeding like that from the top to bottom on the left-hand side of the screen. Dell was really cool about replacing it for me. They shipped me a replacement monitor and gave me a few weeks to ship my defective one back, with the shipping costs covered.
 
Thanks for the reply MrEgo, i think I'll give Dell a call. Im located in Canada so hopefully they'll cover the shipping charges for the defective monitor.
