Dell 2007WFP or Samsung 215TW or?

After massive over analysis the choice appears to come down to these 2.
I don't mind playing the panel lottery with the Dell but the question is:
What are the chances of getting a IPS panel? Are they done with them in the US or are they still shipping?
As for the Samsung I can get a refurb/open box for either $329/$369 and the company is in town (tech4less)
Don't do much gaming, so it'll be mostly video/picture editing, surfing and web design
Or should I bite the bullet and get the Dell 2407?
 
i'm kind of in the same boat as you. also trying to decide between those two. the 215tw was reported to have really bad input lag... but who knows if it was for every model, or some kind of defect with certain ones. the dell...well...its a crapshoot. for me, it would be too much hassle to call, complain and try to get a return if its not an ips panel.

i'm actually leaning more towards just holding off and waiting until later in the year. maybe something new and better will come out by then. or maybe the NEC 20WMGX2 might finally start coming down in price.
