Dell hid the monitors on the site so that you can't find them :)

Mine comes out to $477.90 after tax shipped to California.

I was looking at getting the gateway FPD2185W widescreen, but this one would be much cheaper($439.45 shipped to my door vs. $633.59 pick up at BB including tax). The Gateway has more features, but with the discount, the price difference is huge. Might have to get this one.

You save about $7.00 if you order from the Small Business division, instead, because of the shipping.

I think I'll hold out for the Westinghouse 26" widescreen LCD at BB on BF for $499 AR. That would make a beautiful monitor.

It says your video card has to support 1600 x 1050 resolution. Mine (FX5900SP) only supports 1600 x 1024. Will it still work?

I'm not sure it would. 1600x1050 is it's native res. I've got a 2005fpw, but I can't set it to 1600x1024 in the settings so my guess is the lcd won't support that res. I'll give you the resolutions I can set mine to:

1600x1050,1600x900,1280x1024,1152x864,1024x768,800x600

Anything besides 1600x1050 looks distorted though. I think this is because of the aspect ratio.

Thanks for the info. Dell has a sale right now on the 1905FP. I have one in my cart right now for $324 shipped and can't decide whetther to pull the trigger or not.

I'm going to check the price of the 2001FP too, but would rather have the 2005FPW but npot bad enopugh to buy a differnt video card. ;)

Give this Dan guy a call I guess. Can't hurt. See what kind of deal he could work on a 2001FP. If he can get one of those to around 400 or lower I'd jump on that.

Newb here, just wanna ask a couple questions, I hope this is the right place and someone is nice enough to help me....

1) I have a ATI All-In-Wonder 9800 Pro 128mb. Will I be able to use this monitor at 1600x1050? I'm having trouble finding verification online.

2) Will the Dell $35 off $300 purchase coupons on ebay work on this monitor? How many can I stack if any?

I can get this monitor shipped with tax for $466.28, but if I could stack one or two of those coupons i'd be ecstatic.

Dell's system allows you to use only one coupon at any given time. So if you use a $60 coupon first and then stack it with a $35 coupon, the $60 coupon will be replaced with the $35 coupon. Dell's website has an amatuer compatibility list of all the video cards that the 2005FPW supports. 9800 is on the last as far as I know.
