Dell 2005fpw better than 1704fpv?

As a favor, I traded off my Samsung analog 17" for a 1704fpv, hoping it would be an improvement. Can't say that I am too happy with it using Call of Duty. I didn't pay for it, so I am passing it back.

I am thinking 2005fpw. Will I be happy? I am not hardcore gamer, but do play COD way too much and want to get Half Life2.

I love my 2005fpw. I was worried about ghosting but I honestly don't notice any, even while playing HL2 Deathmatch. I really like the wider screen for gaming and it has excellent picture quality. I don't think you'll regret it.
