Dell 2001FP vs. ViewSonic VP201b

I've read that the Dell 2001FP and ViewSonic VP201b are actually the same exactly LG panel on the inside -- only the Dell one costs $550 on ebay, and the Viewsonic costs $800. Anybody know how to find out once and for all if they're the same?
