Dell 2001FP / 2005FP LCD ratings

I'm thinking of buying a Dell 2001FP or 2005FP LCD screen within the next couple of days and just wanted to get some feedback from people in the forum who might Own or Used one.

From 1 - 10 what would you rate them?

How would rate them against other LCDs? (Brightness, color, ...)

How long do they last? (Somebody told me theirs died after a year.)

Has anybody got any horror stories about them having an extreme amount of dead pixels, or simply arriving DOA?
 
My 2001 has been great for the last month or so. no dead pixels and no ghosting. Scales very well to other resolutions for gaming. I would give it a 12/10. My personal favorite upgrade. Compared to other LCD's that I've used this is WAY better but this is limited to a few 18" Gateway's, a 17" NEC and a 18" Dell.

I have been running my games at 1600x 1000 to get some wide screen action.
