Dell 1905FP Tag number??? Help.

I tried to shoot dell a support e-mail, and it has to have a tag number. There is nothing on dells website about this monitor having a tag number.

I seriously want to return this thing because of its ghosting (even in DVDs at times). Any help would be appreciated.
 
Do you have a Dell invoice? Maybe it is listed on that?

In my experience, only system cases and notebooks have had tag numbers.
