Dell 1905FP - Opinions?

Hi,

I've just bought and received my new Dell 1905FP. Whilst its looks great and is huge compared to my old 17" CRT, it ghosts a lot more than I expected.

I expected a little bit of ghosting, in games at least, but I seem to get ghosting doing normal things. Websites like HardOCP.com for example, blur when I scroll down them quickly.

What do you guys think of this monitor? Does Dell only ship this monitor with the Samsung 20ms panel, or does it sometimes use an inferior panel?

I've tried my mates 25ms Gateway LCD and it experiences no problems with sites like HardOCP.com, and he uses VGA, not DVI like me.

I bought the same monitor based on the anandtech review and I must say this monitor has disappointed me no end. The amount of ghosting you get whether this is from basic windows use to games like couterstrike source it is just unusable in my opinion, its so bad it gives me headache. The monitor was run through both DVI and VGA but it made no difference.

I have since put the monitor on ebay and will be getting a12ms Viewsonic or the 8ms Hyundai L90D+
