Hello all,
I am considering purchasing the Dell 1905FP LCD. I have read on this forum and elsewhere differing opinion about this monitor performance. However, most of the discussion is about gaming. I play games rarely, so I am willing to tolerate any deficiency this LCD may have in gaming.
As the title suggest, I am more interested about this monitor performance when watching DVD and TV. I use my PC as my entertainment centre. I have a TV tuner card that is connected to my satellite receiver. So, If you have this LCD I would like to hear your views on its ability to play videos(DVD/TV).
Also does it matter what kind of video is being played ? I am a big football(soccer to those in US) fan and every weekend I spend 4-6 hours watching football. Is this LCD up to the task ? Or am I better to stick with a CRT ?
Thanks for any input guys.
