Dell 1600n - Completely Dead

Hey guys - for some reason the 1600n we bought some years back is completely dead. Not sure what is wrong with it. I opened the back panel and checked two fuses and they seem fine. Anything else I can check or resources I should look into? Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Junk it and start over I had the same thing happen, There isn't anything to do. unless you are an electrical engineer. The power board is inside maybe you would be sucessful dissassembling the whole thing and replacing it but unless you buy the board from ebay you will find parts unavailable, and then you are buying used untested stuff.

BTW I have repaired many laptops and desktops down to the component level and I had no luck finding which part crapped out in mine for sure.
