Dell $150 AMEX deal

This is a question, not a deal per se (sorry, but I didn't know a better place to post it). I go on eBay and see people charging $60-80 for this coupon, and I'm wondering, how does a person get one in the first place? Do you just have to join up? My fiancee's sister's family needs a new machine pronto, which I'll most likely be putting together. If they could replace their old stinky monitor with a 2001FP for $450 it would be mighty nice.

Also, how long before this coupon expires?

1. If you want to get one from AMEX, you are too late, the promo is over.
2. If you still want to get one, other than eBay, you should try FatWallet's For Sale forum, you can probably get one for $50, I won't expect anything less since these coupons are running out.
3. You need AMEX card to make the purchase.
4. It usually stacks with current or Dellf promo discount.
 
Didn't these coupons expire 12/24/04? Mine did. Also, it didn't stack for me with a 25% off of flat panel dellf coupon. I even talked to a couple of CSRs. They said the Amex doesn't stack. What happen with mine was that it did seem to stack when I typed it in, but when the finally confirmation screen came up it was gone.

That's weird, from everyone else I heard, they said that the amex and dellf coupons worked together.
 
That's exactly what I tried. My 150/600 disappeared at final confirmation. I tried calling twice to no avail.

But where did the AMEX coupon come from? I have 3 different AMEX cards and I didn't get anything.
