Dell 1400SC Server question

I'm interested in Dell's current deal on a 1400SC dual proc ready server.
My concern is that the second processor will require a VRM thus costing
much more than simple P3 upgrade. Anyone know for sure if this is the case?
 
It's a ServerWorks LE 3 motherboard, and I've never seen any P3 ServerWorks boards without both VRMs onboard (no VRM sockets).
 
I know I am bitching but this is NOT HIGHLY TECHNICAL and this information can surely be found by contactin dell. Please keep your posts on topic.
