dell 1150?

wow i just got my PC mag today.. and they said the dell battery lasts 6hours+ while others were around 3 hours ! that is crazy if it is true

That's with the higher capacity battery and power save settings.
I usually get 3-4hrs on my 1100 running at full capacity.

where do you get the high capicity batteries? dell 8600 here

I upgraded when I purchased mine, I believe they have the 8 cell as the standard one, but I went with the 12 cell version. It weighs alittle more, but the battery life is well worth it. I dunno what battery options are available for the 8600, I just know my 1100 is pretty much the same as the 1150.
