Well, newegg has the Mr.Flash memory for 48 dollars shipped. I don't have a clue how the quality of the two compare though.

I believe Mr. Flash is the cheapest in terms of quality (and probablu price) of all memory cards. I know most of them are made by one company (?Samsung), but these seem to be of inferior quality, from what I've heard.

<< Delkin? Is that like Sarny and Magnetbox? >>

hehehe, the line:

hey, i know a genuine panaphonics when i see one. and look, they have magnetbox and sorny.

Just picked up a Lexar 128 4x for $59.99 and a 32 4x for $14.99 with a $15 rebate making the 32MB free. Plan on PM it with Amex from the buy.com price of $49.95 for the 128MB.

<< marill999,

check the time of your repost. I beat you by 2 hours.

From what I've heard about the Mr. Flash CF cards (and probably some of the other lower-priced 'too good to be true' cards) is that their quality is just fine. However, if you have a 4+ MP camera and you consistently use the highest quality modes, the card may not be able to write fast enough for you to take the next picture...very important if you use a burst mode!

I've used Mr Flash for a long time with no problems at all. Also, there have been numerous reviews stating that speed access on these compact flash cards only benefit modern 4+mp cameras.

Be careful using no-name brands such as Mr. Flash or Dane in PocketPC 2002 devices. They slow down the machine to the point where you have to reset it or else nothing works. They will work fine, however, in PocketPC 2000 devices.
