What you gotta do is carry a vid camera with you.

Video tape yourself filling the meter and leave the camera on while delivering the actual goods so when you come out to your car, there is no skip in the tape.

If the dousche is giving you a ticket, you got his ass.

May seem like a pain to have to do it, but it is a %100 surefire way to get him and knock his pathetic ass down a few notches.
 
or just make more money than him, and be successful in life. and then run him over 10 years later, and get of scot free with an A team of defense lawyers. or just be successful in life and realize the guy is a douche bag because he's a meter maid and turn the other cheek. lol
 
Spray the seat in his "meter-maid-o-bile" with some dry lubricant spray, so that when he goes to sit his fat arse down again, after writing a ticket, he ends up falling on his head!! 😉

Better than you videotaping this idiot, I'd get ahold of your local newspaper or tv station news, and let them do an expose on his big butt. If the news catches him doing anything illegal, then it's pretty much guaranteed that he'll be looking for a new job soon! :evil:
 
Oh yeah, the media. Good call. They often jump on this kind of stuff. You could write an editorial to your local newspaper as well and see if they print it. The bottom line is the police are not there to make money off of citizens, they are there to keep the peace and make sure laws and public safety are enforced. This is just another way to make revenue and borders on being illegal in the first place. I had a similar problem when I was delivering pizza but thankfully most of the time the cops were cool and realized we were doing our job not just taking up another parking space.
