So I ordered something from zipzoomfly and they had fed ex ship it out. They claim to have delivered the item and left it on my doorstep while i was at home at the time. When I checked the tracking information, it was said to have been delivered, but I was waiting for the item at the time they claim to have left it. I called them immediately but all they did was give me a case number....does anyone know what else I can do, and what legal resources are available to get the item i ordered in my posession or at least get my money back?
