What are "Config.pss" or "Autoexec.pss" for?
Do you know any good programs which find and delete useless files on my hard?

Yes, and while you're at it go into the registry, and get rid of anything you haven't heard of (like HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE).

J/k, if you don't know what it does, I would advise you to NOT TOUCH ANYTHING!!!
