Deleting undeletable folders

Hey guy's...
I got a few folders on my hard drive (Failed downloads) that whenever I click on them, even single click... it crashes explorer... They totally lock up my system, and I'm unable to delete them...

Wondering if anyone can reccomend some 3rd party 'deleting' software that I could install that works pretty good, and obviously not full of spyware, etc...

have you tried safe mode command line only, then using the rmdir /s command?

Great program. Has several algorithms to choose from with varying strengths. Great for secure file deletion, but its also good for general deletion on the least secure algorithm.
