deleting undeletable files

I posted this in the software forum, but realized this is more of technical support than software. Anyways

I am running tuneUpUtilities 2006 just like many other applications out there it offers a way to restore your files.

I deleted some files off my computer and I emptied from my recycle bin. But if I go to the undelte option I still can see those files that I just emptied.

my question is.. how do I get rid of those files? How do I delete those undeletable files?

I don't want others to see what I have deleted.

Oh. Remember to change settings to only one pass as that is all that is needed.
