Deleting Services in Windows XP?

Hi,

I just tried uninstalling O&O Defrag from my windows xp system, but the installer errored out halfway through. I've deleted all the files, but somehow the oodag.exe service still shows up in services.msc. Does anyone know how to delete this? Thanks so much!
 
go into
control panel
administrative tasks
services
look for one that might be the one you want
disable.

go through the registry, after rebooting,
and delete every entry that relates to the company/product/file, or use registry first aid or regsupreme
