Deleting files on a network drive?

So I was wondering, is there some kind of workaround/hack that can be used to move a file deleted on a network drive to the recycle bin or another folder instead of being deleted right away?

thanks.

I'm confused. How can a deleted file be moved anywhere? If it is in a recycle bin it can be restored and moved anywhere on the network.

sorry, let me explain better:

If a user deletes a file on a network drive from their XP workstation, then it is deleted right away as opposed to a file that is on their local hard drive, which goes to the recycle bin.

I was wondering if there is a way to move that file to the recycle bin or another folder.
