deleting drivers

I have been messing with different drivers to optimize my geforce 3 ti-500. I've had the 21.83's, 23.11's and now am using the 22.80's. I'm going to go back to the 23.11's because I'm having a small graphic glitch in Medal of Honor and want to see if the 23.11's will take care of the problem. Anyways, i've never deleted any drivers and have been told it's a good idea to do that when you install new drivers. How do I delete old ones....Thanks

Add or Remove Programs
Nvidia device drivers
remove

After a reboot, load new drivers.
