Deleting Drivers issue Driver Sweeper

Hi guys,
So i deleted my nvidia drivers for my old 9500GT and then install the new amd drivers for my new radeon 7770 Then i used driver sweeper and cleared the nvidia display in safe mode. However when the computer booted and when i put in the password I saw a message saying C:Nvidia Are you sure y/n. I chose y and the screen loaded up normally. What is that? is it usual?

Yes I did. Also I tried to reboot again and the message didnt pop up again.

Well if everything is working then I wouldn't do anything else, but, when I use to use Sweeper I always deleted drivers, rebooted in safe mode, then ran the sweeper. Rebooted again, installed the drivers and then rebooted and then went in the CCC and set everything up. I haven't used an Nividia card in about 7 years, so it was always doing AMD/ATI drivers.
