Deleting drivers from a Windows server system question

Awhile back I was trying to set up Sygate networking/gateway software on a Windows 2000 Server system and couldn't get it to work so I uninstalled it. However, after doing some looking around I noticed that many of the drivers are still on the system and running. I found them under System Tools ---> System Info ---> Software Environment ---> Drivers. They are Kernel drivers and are in running state. They are located in the C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32\DRIVERS directory.

I was wondering how I might get rid of these unwanted drivers? I'm not sure, but I think they are interfering with some of the communications on the system.
Will simply deleting them from the directory and rebooting eliminate them?
