Deleted my video folder in vista

I by accidentally deleted the video (also the downloads) folder in vista. Is there anyway to recover it? Thank you

I'm assuming it's not in the recycle bin. If you don't have Business or Ultimate, you can try Avira UnErase Personal I've gotten files back using this before.
