(a) stop drinking so much ;)
(b) go to Add-Remove Programs and change to the Add/Remove Windows Components tab. Paint should be under accessories somewhere.

I can't imagine how you could delete that program.
And you don't have the disk for your operating system?
What's with you!

If you do nothing else, you need a Windows disk in your possession.

could you be more specific? there are lotz of progs on this site
Uhh, you do know how to use a "search" function don't you?? When you go to Tucows, type in P-A-I-N-T. Then click on the "GO" button. Then scroll down the list and take your choice.

I can't believe I am actually helping this person.

BTW, how old (young) are you and where the H%$# is your Windows CD?

Most of us "dam people" have enough sense to know where our Window CD is and would never lose it. They are rather expensive to replace. ;) Maybe the problem is that you didn't have to pay for yours. If you get intimidated by a first time trip to Tucows, maybe you should not be on the internet; it's one of the most "friendly" sites there are. Give us a break! Remember, you are the one that asked for help. If you can't handle the suggestions, don't ask the questions. Just take your toys and go home.

1. He is thirteen and trying to learn alot at once.
2. I have his windows CD (sorry Joe, I'll get it right back to you)

Chill out people, just give advice and cut the additude, there was a time when you were totally clueless and didn't appreciate elitist geeks thumbing there noses at you.

PS. Joe, use Paint Shop Pro, I'm pretty sure you have it.

Then give him back his CD so he will stop wasting our time and efforts. I don't think I've ever seen someone actually delete Paint so he obviously needs some help. And while you're at it, teach him some manners. If you make that kind of mistake you're going to take some ribbing. Deal with it and learn from it. Don't start ranting like a "picked on" child......."dam people, i dont know ...."

heh, there's that famous Anandtech hospitality ;)

here4amission, don't let rude replies discourage you from asking questions. This forum is a good place to get advice and learn. The only stupid question is one that goes unasked.
