Deleted EISA parition using diskpart command

And I'm at a loss in what to do. I can't figure out how to get rid of it now other than reformatting my HDD completely. What is there to do now?

If anyone has any knowledge in what to do, please let me know!
 
That was rather vague. I mean I just noticed in disk management, it shows up that I have 176.31 GB free on this EISA/Active partition.

I'd rather not reinstall everything and have to deal with that.
