i've got the same setup and 1.5 is my current stable speed..........150x10..........i have gone to 1.52....around there but would always crash within time....with the 1.4 tbird i have seen 1.5 about the average top end ...some may get higher ...

play with your voltages ...like was said.....go for it

MicroAMD2k1,
Like what the others said here, Vcore should solve that problem.
On the Iwill KK266 mobos, I believe they are maxed out@ 1.85V manual. Try 1.85V and see if it works. If not, you might need more voltage. In that case, you'll have to Volt mod your chip. I haven't done it on the Athlon T-bird yet.

Be happ with 1500!! Your not going to see a bit more performance from going up 2 or 5 fsb! Only time you will see it is when doing synthetic benchmarks! What good is that? Its not going to make your computer boot faster or crunch seti, but 2 minutes faster, so WHY?

I ask this whilst im trying to get my p4 1.6a from 2.5g to 2.6 stable 🙂
