My church wants to send an e-mail to 100-200 people, what is the best way to do it.

Any idea?

Create a list of the names in an ASCII text editor, such as Notepad, with each address separated by only a space. You don't need to put them on separate lines. In Netscape mail, you can just cut and paste the entire list to the first address line. Then, when you click on the message window to enter your text, the names will separate onto separate lines.

Do your church members a favor, and send the message using Blind CC (BCC), and enter the church's address as the first recipient. That will prevent spreading the entire list downstream, revealing everyone's address to everyone else. This is common courtesy, and it is especially important when a VBS virus on one member's drive could find your e-mail and send itself to everyone on the list. :Q

Hope this helps. :)

thanks, but how big that field could hold. 200 address is a lot of charaters. What if we have 600 people?

Does anyone still use this? ;)

This should work with Outlook as well, correct?
