DELETE

a) you're missing the .dll (maybe something screwed up in the install). Try re-installing the program.
b) the .dll is corrupted. Once again, try re-installing the program.
c) if you don't want to reinstall the program just yet, find the dll and see if it's been put in the right place, if it isn't then find out where the right place is and put it there. Sorry, i don't know where it's supposed to be.
 
Hey, yeah, there it is, now how do I load it?

This is what gives Microsoft a bad name. I just installed this yesterday from a brand new 98 disk on a fresh f-disk format.

Now, tell me how it missed loading one file?

I guess I have to f-disk, format and C:setup huh?

it's been a while since I used 98 but I think you can go to control panel and reinstall OE from the add component menu for IE
