Well whats the alternative to this? They cannot and will not fire all those people who had claims made against them. Maybe this way, they will know they are being watched, and start treating valuable employees the way they deserve to be treated based on merit, not skin color. I agree, you cannot teach somebody how not to be racist, but at least now they will be afraid of losing their job if they open their mouths.

I agree with you, and I feel terrible for anyone who had to go through this. But I am just saying the company will not fire all those people, it is cheaper for them to just offer classes, and say that is the solution. They are all about profits.

Yea it's a total bummer but like you said there is no way they will terminate those people, Was hard to work there and see that stuff go on. Man am I glad I left.

But I do agree with what you said. Atleast with the Watching Eye's now and the training they will atleast have to stop with thier current actions.
