Go to iTunes preferences ->Devices and delete your previous backup and create a new one.

If it's a corporate phone, why can't you just speak to the person/team responsible for managing the device? Isn't that their job...?

As an IT manager and distributor of corporate phones to my users, yes, we encrypt. We won't de-encrypt it. We wont even try and help you. We are dicks yes, but its for work, not pleasure. We also randomly wipe out phones remotely when we are bored. J/K on the wipe. I do wipe android phones from my system if they attempt to install Touchdown for email instead of Outlook or default email.
