Unless you're only looking for recommendations on the CPU and motherboard only, you might be better served with a post in General Hardware. There's a sticky there that gives a good template to use for a post like this, asking all of the questions you're about to get asked anyway. There are also plenty of threads there about other peoples' builds that will give you some ideas, as well as another sticky that tracks the current best part choices.

In addition, that's where people who frequently give system advice hang out the most.
