Okay, I'm at work, and I can't surf the net looking for this. I could really use some help searching for somethingI'm trying to find out how the LED rocker switches at Performance PCs are wired up.
Here my delimma. I'm trying to use one of these switches to power my secondary PSU. However, the light won't work, because the LED is rated at +12V, and the #PWR_ON only maintains 5V on the line when the PSU is on.
I want to see if there is a way to run the pwr_on switch to the switch, and then a +12V line to the LED when the power is on in the PSU. But I'm not sure if they can use they same ground, and I need a wiring diagram, or some wiring instructions or something.
At the very least, I'll use a different switch, and just wire in a +5V LED on top of it for power on indication. I'd like to use this switch though, as I'll have three more of these switches (different color) for controlling power to cold cathodes.
