LOL! A+++ for creativity!

What you need to do is get some matched-color Lego blocks to clean up the appearance! 😀

You know there's gotta be someone out there who built a case with Duplo blocks...

I know, I was trying to do that, started at the bottom, then I ran out of Legos and then I had to go out and buy some more legos, $20!! for legos, and then I would have had to start over to get it color coded again so I just started putting them on at random.

Duplo blocks...ya probably. lol

Will it survive the heat?? If the material is flame-retardent, then you can start customizing zones, giving psu its seperate zone. That $20 you spent may produce a case that rivals p180 and alike!

hahaha ive never seen anything like that before

how are your temps in there?

definitely very creative

VERY creative 😀

Looks alright man and how long did it take to make?

Some of the pieces look like they're falling apart and it seemed like you tried to put it together quickly.
Good job with the creativity though.

The temps are pretty cool for a P4 2.8, a 9800Pro, and a 120Gb drive running it in:
CPU-30C or 80F
Case-26C or 74F
The first one took 1 day, started friday night and finshed saturday mourning.
Ya that one is a little sloppy but I made another, started last night finished today(alot better then the last on in my opinion:

In the third pic you see the back of it and a fan, right behind that fan is my CPU and that fan is sucking all the air right over my heatsink and keeping it cool.

In my second pic you can see through the little window my heatsink of my video card, just some things that I find cool and the little "breath" holes for air to be sucked in.

Thanks for all the compliments on my first case, hope to see this many on my new one.

I tried as much as possible to keep the same color legos together but I had to different shades of grey, at top, and mixed a little, and the retractable roof holder was just a last mintute thing that would be cool to have, to hide some stuff you don't want people to find maybe??, lol

I think that's the ultimate case for case-modders, LOL... If you want to mod it, just add or take away pieces!

It's GOTTA be worth an article on Anands-- Somebody bring it to the attention of the site admins! 😎

That rates an 11 on the moronic meter (it normally only goes up to 10, with that being the most moronic)... Just when I think someone couldn't do something even more stupid, something like this comes up.

Just when I think someone coudn't do something even more rude than the last thread crapper I flushed, someone like you comes up.

Only thing you need now is some little lego dudes climbing around on it.....

Something tells me that case is gonna be seen on a lot of forums 😉

Your just jealous!

riiiiiight... jealous of such an ugly thing... Keep dreaming.

As for doing something more creative, I do that every day in the bathroom. IF I have the time, I might come up with something, but at this point, I'm very happy with my Lian-Li V1100b case... There's more than enough power in it for me so I don't need to try and make it look like it's decent by doing that kind of junk to the outside of it.

I asked for opinions on the case NOT the idea or the builder, thanks akira34 you're on my Do Not talk/trade with list.

Since you didn't care for my idea of the case, I'm not surprised. Don't get upset if I don't lose a wink of sleep over your opinion...

BTW, EVERYONE has an opinion and is free to express it. That's the beauty of this country. You don't need to agree with anyone else's opinion, or even care what they think of yours.

you also have the right to keep your mouth shut. Didn't your gramma ever tell you if you don't have anything nice to say...do I have to finish it? The case is pretty cool (or is it?), how did you mount the mobo to the bottom?
