There are several players that have all-region hacks. It's illegal to sell players that are region-free out of the box in the US (or something) so you'll have trouble finding any default region-free ones without paying through the nose to import them from the UK or something.

Anyway, there's a cheap one made by Cyberhome -- the CH-300 -- that you can find for around $30~$40. It's easy to region hack and works fairly well, save for playback of 16:9 PAL video on a 4:3 TV.
