There is no key logger that I have seen. The feedback program is survey driven for the most part. They probably just ignoring you because it is a wierd question.

//There are some special programs that you can agree to that do ergo studies. They do log stuff. For the most part, it is a design engineer doing an onsite survey and observation. I have done one.

Why don't you follow the terms of agreement and quit. You should also read the privacy statement. But since you don't trust them, I say you quit the program.

you were very aware that WFP was being installed, i enrolled and seen the same window come up that gives you the choice to "run" or "save" the install program, so if unhappy then goto the control panel and uninstall it!
