Yah, I always hate how fvcked up it is that a company won't take an expired coupon. It's so much Dell's fault that you let the coupon expire.

Not to be rude but why should they make an exception for you? In the grand scheme of things you're pretty small time to Dell. Something to think about.

Dell charged me something I didn't buy! $300+
Took me 10+ phone calls, and 15+ E-mail, took them freaking 3 months+ to give me the money back!
So much for Dell.... what a rob.

Basically, he was whining about a $10 reduction with a 15% off coupon that he didn't get from Dell because he doesn't understand the concept of an experation date. Then he decided to delete his post after realizing the inept folly of what he wrote.

I don't think he realized his folly, I think he was sensitive to being bullied by everyone here.

Yay! :D

Do you guys have a "Del" key or a "Backspace" key to do your deletions. Discuss amongst yourselves.

they should let you stack all those 15% off coupons until you get 100% off. with all the money they saving from shifting to india, they can now afford to give away computers for free

those CSRs should have pulled money from their wallets and bought the computer for you to keep you loyal customer #1

Perhaps a combination of the two. Overly sensitive reaction then realization of folly.

YADT: Dell just pissed me (a loyal customer) off. Is still the topic for some reason.
