First off, this is off topic. Second, the survey was conducted by high school students, who probably don't know the proper way to do random selection for surveys. Third, you cannot deduce that all UC students will have the same score because you're only basing it off of UCR's scores and none of the other UC's.

Here are some examples of the questions:

1.) T/F: The sun revolves around the Earth.

2.) Who was the 1st President of the USA?

UC Riverside students and ppl in the Inland score 30% +/- 4.4 overall on the survey, compared to 67% at CAL State LA.

Shouldn't the UC students be more prepared and more educated than most other university students.

Here are some examples of the questions:

1.) What is a good topic for a new thread?
2.) What is a Hot Deal?
3.) What other kinds of posts are not permitted?
4.) What about COUPONS and PROMOTIONAL CODES?

Shouldn't the Anandtech members be more prepared and more educated than most other hot deal forum members?
