Your CPU is crap. Dime a dozen. Sell the whole PC for $29.99 and be done with it. If you have to ask permission to buy new PC parts, you don't need to be asking questions here, you need to ask the man in the mirror why you married her.

since he deleted the thread im not going to say anything about the computer. BUT i always talk to my wife about buying computer parts or other big ticket items. she has only said no once (we had a 4k hospital bill and a newborn). but it seem to me to keep the marriage healthy you should talk and ok with them with spending large (well kinda) sums of money.
