I have an Asrock 775dual-vsta, which I used to have a very good overclock on. I knew the bios for this was often getting updated, fixing fsb holes etc so I thought I'd flash it again, and experiment some more.

Anyway-I got confused about what board I had (don't ask-have no idea how I did it) and flashed it with the Asus p5ne 0801 bios. Funny thing is-its worked for around 3 weeks! I'd lost my overclock so having a bit of spare time again recently I tried to overclock it again and realized what I'd done.

I've gone to the Asrock website, and tried to use the windows bios flash but it says 'Error: BIOS does not support AFU.'

I'm hoping someone out there will have been as idiotic as myself and found a solution

Cheers for any help.

EDIT: this was just me being REALLY silly-turns out i just talked myself into thinking i had an asrock board when i do have the asus board. me=fail.
