Heyo. I formatted winxp recently and did a clean install and now when i boot up after bios detects the harddrives there is a black screen that stays idle for 1minute+ doing nothing. then after that finally the winxp logo comes on and it boots normaly.

any ideas? I tryed both connected to my network and not connected to network. i tryed diff power supply cables and ribbon cables.

help !
