Delete system reserved 100Mb partition?

How do I remove the 100Mb reserved partition that win7/8 created for me without screwing up the other partitions?

Is it possible to delete the reserve partition, delete the active partition (c: drive) and create a new primary partition by merging the empty space left behind without screwing up d: drive partition?
Edit- Forgot to add that I will be using minitool Partition Wizard or another similar utility.

After some checking, its safe to get rid of the reserved partition if there isn't any multiboot. The boot partition will be affected and will not boot and requires installing but other partitions will not be affected.

Doesn't the vss use the reserved partition? I think it also contains some recovery tools. I can't imagine that your in the position to actually need to free up that disk space so why not keep it?

That 100MB partition is part of a security feature - separating the initial boot files from the host OS makes it harder for a malware writer to compromise the boot sequence.
