delete silence from beginning of mp3?

At a few of my MP3's, there is a 2 second delay beofore the music starts.

Is there any way to get rid of it?

Write it to .wav, open it in ACID or whatever, cut out the silence, re-write to Mp3.

There is a program called Mp3Trim that will cut out the beginning or endings of songs. Can be time consuming to do your whole collection, but the program is great.
