Are either connected via USB/ethernet/wifi?

Are there any print jobs waiting on either? If so, delete them first. Usually though it won't let you delete a printer until the jobs have been deleted, but I had a situation recently where a printer with remaining print jobs kept reappearing.

I just one printer 1102 and doesn't any job in queue.

You should physically disconnect the printer from the computer or network. Then, go Control Panel/Printers and Devices and delete/remove the printer. It can't come back if it is disconnected.

Is this a personal computer or on a network? Possibly someone (an admin) doesn't want you get rid of it?

Otherwise, corkyg's suggestion should work.

Hello my friends,
Thank you for reply,
Personal computer , i'm admin in windows and delete printer job in queue and delete devices then restart reappearing those

How could they reappear if the printer is removed from the system? It should be disconnected. Reboot and then it should not be there. Then turn the printer back on and use the ADD PRINTER function. It should be seen by the PC and you reinstall it.
