Those are absolutely Paris police cars. Look on the door forward of the word "POLICE". You'll see a blue, white and red logo which is the French flag. Although the rioting I believe was Palestinian protests from last year.

I stopped watching at the police cars to reply but if you scroll through you'll see plenty of Palestinian flags.
