sorry to burst your bubble, but staples considers any coupons you use to compare their price to the competitors. same is true with any rebates staples offers. yes you can get lucky if you get the right csr, but that is happening less and less.

yes but no1 stops u from buying more stuff for example:
Staples price $200
.com price $150

Pricematch it down to $145 (50*1.1)

Buy 55 more of stuff to get back to 200
use $40 off $200 coupon
Walk out paying $160+tax for $255 (staples cost) worth of stuff.
Anyway, gimme the LINK!

just cuz its not on the website dont mean staples dont sell it. all you need is the ingram micro sku and staples will have it (at least every time ive tried) you just have to call in and talk to a csr.

although, i dont think staples will let you use a coupon if you price match anymore.

BAH! off the fone...sales rep said he couldn't get on the internet right now b/c it was down. So, he told me to search the website and, of course, as the rest of you have found, there's NOTHING but build your own stuff that's ALREADY BUILT! :D

anyway, He also said that if I called back Mon. they could trsfr me to Tech Support and that they might have something like the individual processors.

How does this work? Staples B&M don't carry these CPU's for sale, I'm sure. Will we have to special order them and then add stuff and coupons? I don't think you can pricematch a staples.com purchase.

Why do people feel the need to post hot deals with out more details. Bandwidth is being wasted because people are asking questions that should have been answered in the original post.

Hey, I have an idea, why don't we post our IQ behind our name?

Oh wait, looks like Epsilon beat me to that idea....

People, this is REALLY clear to me. Staples is supplied by Ingram Micro - the BIGGEST supplier for companies such as buy.com, Staples, etc. These CPUs are NOT advertised on Staples.com because normally Staples does NOT carry them. HOWEVER, because Staples is connected with Ingram Micro, they WILL bring it up on THEIR screen even though YOU won't be able to bring it up. Just call, mention the SKU (starting with IM) and you'll see that they'll pull it up for you. Give it a shot :D

BTW, you can get Staples to sell you ANYTHING that Ingram Micro sells including 24x Plextor, Z560 etc. All you need is IM number and you are set.
