actually, probably not much so long as you install all the updates on one before activating windows on the other. After that you'll still get all the normal critical updates and there's an extremely slight as in zero percent chance that you'll have to worry about WGA

and wrong forum category too.

Yes, this is fully allowed, but you must make as many copies as possible and sell them on Ebay before you're allowed to perform this feat.
 
i've reinstalled one like 5 times... after a while it won't let you activate it anymore... so i called the 1-800 number and some british lady gave me a new activation code... then i installed it a few more times and it let me do it automatically again... so yeah
